By accessing this website or booking a fishing charter with Gulf Coast Fishing Charters, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book a trip.
All fishing charters are operated at the discretion of the Captain. Trip routes, fishing locations, and duration may be adjusted due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Fishing results are not guaranteed, and no refunds are provided based on catch outcome.
Bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon rate. Failure to arrive on time or failure to show for a scheduled trip may result in forfeiture of payment.
Customer cancellations must comply with the stated cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within the designated cancellation window may be non-refundable. The Captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Participation in fishing charters involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, vessel movement, fishing equipment, and marine wildlife. By participating, passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity. Gulf Coast Fishing Charters and its operators are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or damages except where required by law.
All passengers must follow the Captain’s instructions at all times while aboard the vessel. Unsafe behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with safety instructions may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where allowed and must be done responsibly. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Photos or videos taken during trips may be used for promotional purposes unless a guest requests otherwise in writing prior to or during the trip.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
